Shipping

All our products are made to order and expect all orders to be sent within 3-5 business days of receiving the order, however in some cases delivery can take 7-10 days this allows us to process your order and get any materials required from our suppliers if we run out of stock. All orders will be shipped via a Royal Mail recorded service, this service will require a signature upon receipt.

Returns

As your order will be made especially for you we can only accept returns for manufacturing errors and us sending the wrong items to you, no other reasons will be accepted and if we just receive returns with no explanation, we will not issue a refund
